This special virtual event, organised in partnership with the RIBA as part of their Inclusion in Design Festival, explored the importance of LGBTQ+ inclusion & allyship in the workplace.

Pride in Architecture

In partnership with RIBA, the panel discussion facilitated by RIBA’s HR director, Carl Straw, featured a number of influential and inspiring guests including:

• Matthew Todd - Multi-award-winning writer & former Editor of Attitude Magazine

• Moud Goba -  LGBTI & Human Rights Activist & Chair of the Board of Trustees of UK Black Pride

• Paris Lees - Journalist, presenter & transgender rights activist

The discussion focused on the lived experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals and provide tips on supporting LGBTQ+ inclusion.
